Six Acres Restaurant – Reservation & Cancellation Policy

At Six Acres Restaurant, we’re delighted to welcome guests for brunch, lunch, dinner, and special occasions in the heart of historic Gastown.
To make sure every guest enjoys a smooth experience, please review our reservation and cancellation guidelines below.
1. How to Book
Reservations can be made in the following ways:

2. Standard Reservations (Up to 6 Guests)
Reservations for groups of up to 6 guests are free to book and do not require a deposit or credit card hold.
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made as soon as possible to help us accommodate all guests.
3. Group Reservations (6 or More Guests)
For groups of 6 or more guests, the following terms apply:
A credit card hold of $10 per person is required at the time of booking.
This amount will only be charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation made within 48 hours of the reservation time.
A gratuity of 18% is automatically added to groups of 6–11 guests.
For groups of 12 or more guests, a 20% gratuity will be applied.
Gratuity can be adjusted at the guest’s discretion upon settlement of the final bill.
4. Private & Semi-Private Events
For private or semi-private bookings, a deposit will be required to secure your date and space.
The deposit amount will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
The remaining balance and final bill are due at the conclusion of your event.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made within the agreed cancellation window.
5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time unless otherwise notified.
After that period, your table may be released to accommodate other guests, and a no-show fee may apply if a credit card hold was in place.
6. Responsible Service Policy
Six Acres is committed to responsible hospitality.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest who appears intoxicated, behaves inappropriately, or poses a disturbance to others.
Guests may be asked to leave the premises if necessary for safety or comfort reasons.
7. Special Requests
We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, seating preferences, or celebration requests with advance notice. Please mention any details when booking or upon arrival.
